• Provide strategic direction and leadership in line with the company’s mission and objectives.
• Drive business development, partnerships, and expansion initiatives in the mobility and related sectors.
• Oversee all aspects of company operations, including finance, human resources, marketing, product development, and service delivery.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence within the organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, government agencies, and the broader community.
• Lead the development and execution of long-term strategies to ensure financial sustainability and market competitiveness.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across departments.

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in senior executive or C-level roles.
• A strong background in business strategy, organizational development, and operational management.
• Demonstrated ability to scale businesses and lead high-performing teams.
• Prior experience in the mobility, automotive, or technology sectors will be considered a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
