Transcend Artisan is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Architect to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide variety of residential, commercial, and institutional projects that emphasize design excellence, sustainability, and functional innovation.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of modern architectural trends, spatial planning, and material selection. The role involves working on all phases of the design process—from conceptual development through construction documentation and site coordination.

• Develop innovative design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and 3D visualizations using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• Coordinate with structural engineers, interior designers, contractors, and clients to ensure design feasibility and functionality
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to architectural plans
• Research materials, building codes, and construction techniques to ensure compliance and design integrity
• Collaborate with the design team to create sustainable and energy-efficient spaces

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, with a proven track record in residential and commercial projects
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates both conceptual design and technical execution
• Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to translate ideas into practical and aesthetically appealing designs
• Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and innovation
