Information You Provide
If the contact form is enabled and you submit it, Workiley processes the name, email address, subject and message you provide so the message can be delivered and answered. Please do not include sensitive personal, financial, medical or employment information. Workiley does not require an account to use its public tools.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, the hosting environment may create standard technical and security logs when a page or asset is requested. These logs can include an IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, referring page, date and time, and response or error details. They are used for delivery, reliability, security and troubleshooting rather than to build calculator or file-processing profiles.
Calculator Data
Calculator values are processed locally by JavaScript in your browser. The current calculator code does not send those values to Workiley, place them in browser storage or store them in a Workiley database.
PDF and Image Files
The current PDF and image tools read and process selected files in your browser. The files and generated outputs are represented by temporary browser memory or object URLs and are not uploaded to the Workiley server. When you leave or reset a tool, those temporary browser references are released. You should keep your own copies of important source files and verify any output before relying on it.
Analytics
Workiley does not currently load Google Analytics or another analytics service. If analytics is introduced, this policy will be updated to identify the service and describe the information and choices involved.
Advertising
Workiley does not currently load Google AdSense advertising code. The website may introduce advertising in the future. Before active advertising tags are enabled, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated. Google advertising can use cookies or similar identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, depending on user choices and applicable law, personalization. Google explains this processing on its partner sites information page and provides controls through Ads Settings.
Third-Party Services
The PDF tools use locally hosted copies of PDF.js, pdf-lib and JSZip. Loading these libraries does not require a request to their publishers. Some informational pages link to government or other external websites; following an external link subjects you to that website’s own privacy practices.
Data Security
Workiley uses a limited-data design for its tools and applies input validation and security controls to the contact form. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid sending sensitive information and should retain original copies of important files.
Data Retention
Calculator inputs and selected PDF or image files are not retained by Workiley. Successfully delivered contact messages may remain in the recipient mailbox for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain context, prevent abuse or meet applicable obligations. Hosting and security logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s operational settings.
Your Choices
You can use the calculators and file tools without creating an account. You can decline to submit the contact form, clear browser cookies through browser settings and avoid external links. If advertising is added later, relevant advertising and consent choices will be provided or linked here as required.
Children’s Privacy
Workiley is a general utility website and is not directed specifically to children. It does not knowingly ask children to create accounts or submit sensitive personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information can use the contact page to request review.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This policy may be updated when Workiley changes its tools, contact handling, analytics, advertising or legal requirements. A material update will be reflected by the date shown at the top of this page.
