Job Responsibilities
As a Site Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing construction site activities and ensuring work is completed efficiently.
- Coordinating with workers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Supervising laborers and resolving any on-site challenges.
- Reporting progress and issues to project managers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Class XII (Higher Secondary)
- Field of Study: Arts
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (preferred)
- Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a team and ensure work is completed as per schedule
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and site management
