🧹 Job Responsibilities

As a Housekeeper / Room Attendant, your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public spaces
• Changing linens, replacing towels, and restocking guestroom amenities
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting high-contact surfaces
• Reporting damages, maintenance issues, or lost and found items
• Following hotel protocols for cleanliness, sanitation, and guest privacy
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through professional and polite service
• Completing assigned cleaning checklists and daily housekeeping logs
• Cooperating with laundry and front office teams to maintain smooth operations

This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to high service standards.

🎓 Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Class X pass
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a hotel or similar environment
• Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak in English
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with standard housekeeping tools and chemicals
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior formal training in housekeeping
• Work experience in hospitality settings (hotels, resorts, guesthouses)
