Minimum Qualification and Experience

Applicants must hold a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution. Preference may be given to those with relevant work experience in electrical engineering projects, especially in public infrastructure or urban settlement development projects.

Remuneration

The selected candidate will receive a gross monthly salary of Nu. 35,930/-, detailed as follows:

• Basic Pay: Nu. 18,095/-
• House Rent Allowance (HRA): Nu. 3,620/-
• Leave Encashment (LE): Nu. 1,510/-
• Leave Travel Concession (LTC): Nu. 1,250/-
• 5% Indexation Allowance: Nu. 905/-
• 1% Off-Pay Fixed Payment: Nu. 1,500/-
• Pay Revision Benefit: Nu. 9,050/-

The gross monthly salary includes all applicable allowances. This attractive compensation package is structured to ensure competitive benefits for qualified candidates working on short-term national development projects.
