đź§ľ Key Responsibilities
The Administration Officer will be responsible for a range of tasks that support the smooth functioning of the office and client-facing operations. Your duties will include:
- Managing daily office operations and supporting the consultancy’s administrative needs
- Coordinating student applications, tracking documents, and ensuring proper filing
- Communicating with educational institutions and placement partners
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining official records
- Assisting in report writing, official correspondences, and proposal development
- Liaising with HR and finance teams for routine documentation and payroll matters
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all administrative matters
- Supporting visitors and clients with inquiries, documents, and relevant forms
- Ensuring that the workplace is organized and conducive to efficient service delivery
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the role of Administration Officer, the candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience in administrative functions or related fields
- Technical Skills:
- Good proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email
- Ability to write clearly and professionally
- Familiarity with filing systems, scheduling tools, and office procedures
